Why is Little Gems special?
Little Gems is not a big franchise. There are hundreds of big stage schools all across London, but unfortunately, at these big schools, children can get lost as the numbers are so large and this can be intimidating. Especially for a young child who has never danced or sung before. Most children join Little Gems as they enjoy performing and want to learn new skills, but more importantly to shake off their shy tendencies, to grow in confidence and to interact with other children. Here at Little Gems, our classes are small and intimate. We care about each Little Gem and love to watch them grow in confidence in a supportive environment.
All our teachers are young, live locally and have worked extensively in the industry. We are all passionate about teaching and performing arts.
Our holiday clubs are also very popular. The children spend a week learning a musical combining their dance, drama and singing skills, with a short performance at the end of the week, which the parents are invited to. They are a huge success and a lot of fun !
Performing Arts is a fantastic way of bringing a shy child out of their shell, a chance to make new friends or try something a bit different.
We have high aspirations for the school and we will do our very best to ensure that each individual pupil fulfills his or her potential.
